Extracts from Traffic Code of 10th June, 1999
– Andorra has the right hand side of the road.
– Driving age starts from 18 years.
– Everybody (a driver and all passengers) must wear seatbelts.
– Each car entering Andorra (registered outside) must have a sticker of the country on back of a car.
– Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) is 0.50% for private transport. 0.20% for commercial transport.
– The speed limit depends on where you are: in cities — 50 km/h (31 mph), outside the cities — from 60 km/h (37 mph) to 90 km/h (55 mph).
